Loctite 243 Threadlocker

Loctite 243 is a blue, oil-resistant, general-purpose, medium-strength threadlocker suitable for all metal threaded components, including substrates such as stainless steel, aluminum, and plated surfaces. It can tolerate minor contamination caused by industrial oils (such as engine oil, anti-corrosion oil, and cutting fluid). It is used to secure and seal bolts, nuts, and studs, thereby preventing loosening due to vibration in components such as pumps, motor assembly bolts, gearboxes, or presses.
